Subho Naboborsho! We wish you a Happy and Prosperous Bangla New Year 1415. This year we shall be celebrating Baishakhi on May 10th at Interlake High School with a fun-filled evening full of song & dance presented by our Community members and of course, dinner and adda. A formal invitation is also in the mail. Below are some important information regarding the event, food & membership.

Dinner is catered by Tandoori Kitchen, @10/ person, adult or child alike. Pizza will be served for children 5 or under at no charge (for member & non-members).
If you haven't received an evite yet, email ec2008 and we'll send you one so you can reserve your food.
Please respond to the Evite (or email ec2008@uttoron.org or call Ashim @425.281.1190) and let us know your name, if you are Uttoron member & how many food coupons you will need. This is mandatory. Without this, we won't be able to estimate accurately and therefore won't be able to guarantee food.
Note: In some cases we have multiple email addresses from one family. Please accept only one, so we don't double-count.
Uttoron members: Reserve your food (through Evite, email or phone), pay $10/ person for food at the gate
Non-members: Reserve your food (through Evite, email or phone), , mail your check to PO Box 3691. Bellevue, WA 98009-3691 (@10/ person). Reservation not valid without the check. Check must reach us before May 10.
Member & Non-member drop-ins without reservation: Food coupons will be available at the gate in limited quantity for $12/ person on a First come first served basis.

If you have paid membership and event costs for the whole year, Thank you!
Sign up for Uttoron membership for the year: Avail discounted annual membership including Baishakhi, Picnic & Durga Puja. $40/individual, $80/ family, $10 for every child or addl. family member above 5 yrs (as of Jan 1, 2008).
Event based membership: Base membership of $15 (Individual), $25(family), plus
Baishakhi event: $8 (Individual), $16 (Family)
Non-members: $12/ one person, $24/ two persons, $30/ family of 2+.
Please note: this is a community programme, and we need support from all of you to share the cost of organizing this event: member, non-member, performers, organizers alike.

Ghhogni & Snacks
We welcome any home-cooked snack items that you would like to bring at the venue. It will go well with adda. Please bring a serving spoon, we'll have paper bowls, cups, spoons etc. We request you to coordinate this with our Food Committee. Email them at food2008@uttoron.org.
