"Uttoron" consists of General members and Executive Committee members (referred as "Elected members"). Executive Committee members were elected by the process of selection for last few years.

Every year on the day of Saraswati Puja, the earlier committee was dissolved and a new committee was formed. The number of Committee members were not fixed till 2003. After the registration of Uttoron in 2003, Committee members or simply the Organization Committee, consisted of 10  members excluding one web designer.

From the year 2004-05, new committee is being formed on the day of General meeting by the process of selection/election. At the beginning number of members were 12. The 2005 Executive Committee has changed it to a 15 member committee excluding the web designer.
